Savannah Tours: Trolley, Walking and Museum Houses

Savannah tours from official pages: the Old Town Trolley loop, the 22-square walk and Telfair museum houses, with prices and what we could not confirm.

By It's Georgia Admin·Updated ·3 min read

Short answer

Savannah has a hop-on, hop-off trolley that runs daily, a 22-square historic district you can also walk, and three museum sites on one ticket. The one tour operator whose own page we could read, Old Town Trolley, lists a 90-minute narrated loop with 16 stops and a one-day ticket from $36.55.

This page covers the tours we could check against an official or operator page. For ghost tours see our ghost tours guide, and for the whole city see the Savannah visitor guide. We carry no affiliate links and no ads; book directly with each operator.

Read this first: the prices, hours and rules on this page repeat what the pages named under Sources said when we read them on November 3, 2026. They can change, so check the current page of each place, or ask the operator or Visit Savannah, before you rely on them. Anything we could not confirm is marked Not confirmed where it appears and listed under What We Could Not Confirm.

Walk It Yourself

Visit Savannah’s home page invites you to stroll the Historic Landmark District’s 22 park squares, and says the Victorian District is a 50-block neighborhood, known as Savannah’s first suburb, that includes Forsyth Park. Our 3 days in Savannah plan and free things to do in Savannah turn that into a route.

Telfair says its tickets include unlimited visits to all three sites and are valid for one week from the time of purchase (Telfair Museums, visit page). Prices and hours sit on a separate Telfair page that we did not read.

What We Could Not Confirm

  • Walking, ghost, carriage and riverboat tour prices and schedules: Visit Savannah’s tours page returned an error when we tried it, so we read no operator list from it. Ask each operator.
  • Telfair ticket price and hours: the visit page links to a separate hours and admission page we did not read.
  • Old Town Trolley child, senior and military fares, and whether tickets bought online cost less: not on the page we read.
  • Wheelchair access on the trolleys and at the museum houses: not researched.
  • Anything about parking in the Historic District: not researched for this page.
