It's Georgia — Georgia Attraction Dataset Edition: September 2026 (first edition) File: itsgeorgia-attraction-dataset-2026-09.csv (305 rows) WHAT THIS IS Two things about Georgia (the U.S. state) visitor attractions: 1. What each operator publishes on its own website — admission price, opening hours, parking cost, pet policy, and stroller or step-free access. 2. What a family of four pays to enter and park, where a complete price is published. CITATION It's Georgia (2026). Georgia Attraction Dataset, September 2026. https://itsgeorgia.com/data/georgia-attraction-transparency-index/ METHOD Compiled from the 41 guides published on itsgeorgia.com, each researched against the operator's own website plus the relevant city, county, state park or National Park Service page. A field counts as published ONLY where the operator states it; a hedge such as "call for current rates" counts as unpublished. 477 raw records were deduplicated to 305 unique venues; 90 appear in more than one guide. KEY COLUMNS in_transparency_index yes = one of the 185 visitor attractions in the index (towns, restaurants and lodging are excluded) *_published 1 = the operator publishes this fact, 0 = it does not basics_published_0_to_5 how many of the five basics the operator publishes free_to_enter 1 = free admission AND free/no parking family_of_four_usd 2 adults + 2 children admission, plus parking primary_guide the It's Georgia guide the row was drawn from NOTES AND LIMITATIONS - Price ranges are recorded at the LOW end, so every figure is a floor. - Where no child rate is published, children are priced at the adult rate. - Per-vehicle fees (state ParkPass, island access) are counted as parking, never as both admission and parking. - Figures were verified through September 2026. Operators change them without notice. - The sample is the attractions our guides cover, not a census of Georgia, and it over-represents family destinations within driving range of Atlanta.
