My Mid Year Resolution – Get In Shape!

So I have officially decided to dedicate the second half of this year to getting in shape and finally losing the little mound on my stomach.

I did a lot of research, and have decided to check out Mike Chang’s Six Pack Shortcuts program. So go ahead and check it out for your self.

Wish me luck and I will post before and after pictures of my progress as I begin to lose the belly fat.
