Getting Back In Shape At 40

Hey there,

Jim here again. Well, it’s almost the end of the year, so I think it’s time to start thinking about my New Years resolutions for 2017. I definitely want to make a little more money (which may require finding a new job, which is pain). I also am going to continue my goal of only dating smart, attractive women. That has turned out nicely, and I am glad to have been able to work on my self enough to make this possible.

Getting In Shape Is Harder At 40

Being the big four-o, I am finding it a bit more difficult to just hit the gym and really get the results I am used to seeing. When I was younger, I had so much energy you almost had to pull me out of the gym. Now, not so much. I am motivated enough to go to the gym, but I am not motivated when I am there to really push the weights around like I used to. I really just need more energy, and I know I will have more energy once I am in shape, but for now it’s kind of a catch 22. With all that being said, I am dedicated to get it done. Or at least give it an honest try, right?

The Good News Is Results, Improve Results

It’s not secret that the more in shape you get, not only is it easier to get in better shape (or stay in shape), it is much more motivating as you can actually see the results of your hard work.

So that’s my goal. Workout for 6-8 weeks, regardless if I want to or not, until I see results. Then I will use those results to further motivate me.

It’s OK To Admit You May Need To Supplement

I’ve been a long time opponent of using any sort of dietary supplements or herbal testosterone boosters. I mean, animals do just find in nature without using anything besides what they eat on a daily basis. But then I started thinking… animals do have a much different diet than us, and maybe they are getting some of the herbs and other things that they natural supplements contain.

So maybe it is perfectly natural to supplement, as long as you know exactly what you are eating. If you don’t know what the product contains, simply don’t use it.

Stay Focused

Like I said above, my goal is to start working out, and keep doing it for at least 6 weeks, hopefully 8 weeks. If I see results and get motivated to keep going great! If not, I am still going to put in 6 hard weeks to regardless. I know from experience that once I see results, I will want to keep working out.

So I finally Tried Relationship Rewind, And It Works!

As all my friends know, my girlfriend of like 8 years broke up with me about 6 months ago. I was pretty devastated at first and even kinda whined to get her back and became super needy and unattractive.

Guess what? That certainly didn’t work. So I kinda just gave up on it and decided I would move on. I was in a pretty unhealthy place emotionally and started drinking and staying out and even had a few one night stands. But ultimately, I knew that wasn’t going to make me happy.

At the time, I thought my situation was hopeless.

Of course do your own research, but for me, I decided to trust what these guys had to say and went ahead and invested in it – knowing that had a money back guarantee and I had nothing to lose at that point… and it certainly was a better investment than another night out drinking my sorrow away.

Well, I devoured the program and read the whole course twice in one night. It was a lot of information, but it made so much sense to me.

Anyways, after following Ryan’s advice – I knew this program would work so I started applying the steps, one by one and after about 4 weeks my ex girlfriend had agreed to start dating me again. Now we are engaged and happier than ever. So if you are having trouble with a breakup, or are on the fence about Relationship Rewind, I say go for it… I did and couldn’t be happier.

My Resolution To Date High Quality Women

I am well on my way to getting in better shape, so now I want to focus on another part of my life, dating attractive women. So – with that said, where do I start.

It just so happens that one of my ex-nerd buddies named Richard, has been somehow dating some really cute, successful women lately. I just thought maybe he has been getting lucky – but after to talking to him, it was much more scientific than luck. He has been using some program by this dating Guru named Vin Dicarlo. The product was called Pandoras Box, and after seeing his results I knew I had to get it.

There are many reviews of Pandoras Box by Vin Dicarlo, so I read quite a few and decided to take the plunge and invest in improving my own dating life, just like my buddy Richard did.

The program was pretty straight forward and had me identify the eight different types of women, by either observing them or by asking them a few simple questions.

Once I understood more about the woman I was talking to, I was able to demonstrate qualities I already had – which made them almost hard wired to be attracted to me. So I’ve only done this a couple of months now, and while I am not perfect with women, the change is drastic.

I still have some room to go, to get more high quality women in my dating world – but I have definitely made some moves in the right direction.

I may even check out and review Vin’s other new product Dominant Sexual Powers, and I will be sure post here and let you know how it works out for me.

My Mid Year Resolution – Get In Shape!

So I have officially decided to dedicate the second half of this year to getting in shape and finally losing the little mound on my stomach.

I did a lot of research, and have decided to check out Mike Chang’s Six Pack Shortcuts program. So go ahead and check it out for your self.
